Shipping Info
𓆨 As an independent artsit that runs the shop all by their lonesome, all artwork is packaged with love and care by my own dedicated, little goblin hands. I try to ensure that each package is an expirience to open, one I hope you remeber for many years to come
𓆨 Once your order is placed it will be shipped out in 2-4 business days (usually ship out pretty fast since all I do is tinker away in my cave)
𓆨 Once you place your order you should receive an email showing you your order info. Once I ship out you should get a notification of the tracking #
𓆨 I ship with USPS so after I hand it off to the post office any errors during shipping process is out of my hands. I'll try my best to help out if there's any issues but any undelivered or missing packages need to be dealt with by you and your local post office. By Buying from my shop, the buyer acknowleges and accepts this policy
But this rarely happens!! so don't implode from anxiety like I do! Just make sure to double check your address and it should all be goodÂ
International Shipping
𓆨 International shipping is a little trickier than shipping within my own country. Please look at the announcements at the top of my main page to see whether shipping to your country is possible at this moment in time
𓆨 International shipping customers may need to pay a customs fee when you receive your order, be aware!
𓆨 Please be patient with international orders, it may take 1-3 weeks (or more) to get to you. Italy and Russia are known for loosing packages so order at your own risk
Just pray to the mailing overlords and it'll all be fineÂ
Returns
𓆨 I do offer returns if you aren't happy with your order but I ask that you contact me first with the issues you have so I can fix try to fix it before returning
𓆨 If you still wish to return your artwork, I'll issue a refund for the full amount but return shipping will be paid by you
